Dell Axim X51v memory problem question

Help, I am a fairly new Dell axim user and I have never had a PDA previous to this.  I have windows mobile, intel Pxa70, 624 mhz, 64mb, 256mb.  It has wireless and bluetooth.  I have a 512 mb sd card.  I use it primarily as a daily planner, a few contacts, and to run a single program called Epocrates that I downloaded from their website.  I recieved weekly updates when I sync.  However, after a few months I had no memory on this device and the programs froze stating I had no memory left.  My SD card showed it was empty but I could not figure out how to transfer info/programs that I don't use very often to the SD card.  I removed the Epocrates program so I could use the axim but I really need to have that program for my job.  I have 185.65 mb (out of 190)free in storage and 30.36mb (out of 49) free in programs  However, the Epoccrates program must be bigger than that as it won't download now due to lack of memory.   What can I do?  Thanks,  Renee
